In her role as a Leadership and Operations Specialist at HLI, Mallory LaGasse plays a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless functioning of our operations. She provides crucial operational support to our executive directors and client partners, leveraging her expertise to streamline processes and optimize efficiency. Mallory is an integral member of our operations team, contributing significantly to the planning and execution of HLI’s nationwide leadership training and coaching engagements.

Additionally, Mallory serves as executive administrative support for HLI’s CEO and COO. Her proactive approach and exceptional organizational skills are instrumental in facilitating smooth communication and operational synergy at HLI.

Before joining HLI, Mallory honed her organizational prowess at a court reporting firm, where she oversaw billing operations and supervised the production of legal transcripts.

Mallory holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of South Florida. She currently resides in Tampa, FL, with her husband and two sons, where she actively contributes to her local community.
