Bob is certified in a host of leadership assessments and programs and brings over two decades of knowledge in the areas of leadership development and organizational effectiveness. Some career highlights include strategic design, delivery and management of transformational learning experiences at GE for their leaders and executives, managing strategic initiatives for Chase Manhattan Bank and leading organizational change strategies for a consulting firm’s clients.

When he’s not working, Bob enjoys outdoor activities like hiking and biking. He also loves to cook and to share his time and talents with a variety of non-profit organizations.
