Leadership & Community Engagement

CTI has a CHARITY CONTRIBUTION POLICY that supports employees taking time off to volunteer at local charities.  In addition, 1% of CTI’s profit is donated directly to local charities.  The following are a few of the many organizations that we partner with to GIVE BACK.

Startup Scholars Program

Mo Kasti co-founded the “STARTUP SCHOLARS” PROGRAM at the Greater Tampa Bay Chamber of Commerce and CTI employees support the program with technical resources, hands-on mentoring, and complimentary consulting.

Dr. Kiran C. Patel High School

CTI Founder and CEO, Mo Kasti, is a key board member of the recently formed Dr. Kiran C. Patel High School in Tampa, Florida.

The magnet charter high school emphasizes leadership and innovation as key pillars of their curriculum.  It’s mission it to “educate, inspire, and empower students by integrating 21st century knowledge and skills with personalized, innovative instruction, school/community partnerships, and a focus on social responsibility and leadership.”

We are proud to provide of our time, expertise and resources and invest in the education of tomorrow’s leaders!

Feeding Tampa Bay

The CTI Team regularly partners with a local philanthropy, Feeding Tampa Bay.

Feeding Tampa Bay, part of the national Feeding America network, focuses on providing food to the hundreds of thousands of food insecure families in the 10-county area of West Central Florida.

We work alongside other volunteers to package fresh produce that is then distributed to local families in need.

Youth Soccer Team

CTI sponsors a local YOUTH SOCCER TEAM promoting health and wellness, and serving the underprivileged youth in the Tampa Bay community.

Complimentary Consulting and Mentoring

Mo and CTI employees provide COMPLIMENTARY CONSULTING AND MENTORING to the entrepreneurial companies that comprise USF’s Research and Innovation Center Incubator, as well as to local schools, museums, and other non-profits.
