Exclusive Endorsement by Iowa Hospital Association
“Physicians by definition are leaders in the hospital culture, but they are not formally trained in leadership, nor is training specifically aimed at physicians readily available in Iowa. In response to requests from Iowa hospitals for assistance in helping physicians better communicate, strategize, organize and work as leaders, IHA has created the Physician Leadership Institute of Iowa. The institute is an excellent tool for engaging physicians.” Click here for more details and testimonial videos!

Exclusive Endorsement by Ohio State Medical Association and Ohio Hospital Association
“The Ohio State Medical Association (OSMA) and the Ohio Hospital Association (OHA) have partnered with the Physician Leadership Institute to create the Physician Leadership Institute of Ohio (PLIO) to develop physician leaders in the state.
As Ohio’s first and only statewide physician leadership development program, the PLIO develops cultures of team leadership in hospitals and health systems that include skilled physician leaders. This innovative program provides Ohio physicians with a forum to become transformational leaders in clinically integrated delivery systems across our state.
It is an innovative approach to developing hospital and health system physician leaders in a collaborative manner with the medical society and hospital association. It is a commitment by the state physician leadership and hospital administrators to promote physician-hospital relations in a transformative and positive way. “
Partnership with the Center for Creative Leadership
CTI partners with the Center for Creative Leadership (CCL), ranked among the world’s Top 10 providers of executive education by Bloomberg BusinessWeek and the Financial Times, in order to provide clients cutting-edge leadership development resources and broaden the services we provide.
CCL pioneered the 360-degree assessment, a method of systematically collecting opinions about an individual’s performance from a wide range of coworkers. This could include peers, direct reports, the boss, the boss’s peers — along with people outside the organization, such as customers. The benefit of collecting data of this kind is that the person gets to see a panorama of perceptions rather than just self-perception, which affords a more complete picture.
